Boston’s climate is hot and humid in Summer and absolutely frozen in Winter.   Like New York, late Spring and early Autumn are excellent times to visit, escaping the extremes of hot and cold but still enjoying warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine.  Autumn in New England is known for its incredible colours and it’s easy to experience some of this amazing display on a day trip from Boston.
