Sources of Information

The best source of information about the Park; opening hours, entrance fees, the Ranger program, maps etc is the Park Service website. The Park map shows the main trails and has notes as to their difficulty and buggy / wheelchair accessibility.

There are several guidebooks focusing on the Park. If you intend on doing a lot of hiking or you want to camp, we recommend Moon Yosemite & Mammoth Lakes Camping & Hiking by Tom Stienstra and Ann Marie Brown.
