Anna currently lives in Cambridge with her husband, two daughters and cat. As a mum of two young girls you can often find her knee deep in colouring books but when she does get a bit of time off she can be found hiding away with a cookbook or two, planning the next holiday, socialising with friends or forcing a trip to the gym in order to earn a glass of wine!  In a previous life, Anna worked as a Market Researcher for 11 years, researching market trends and understanding customer views.

Her latest holiday was to Mallorca, visiting the northern beaches and the pretty town of Pollensa with her family. Anna has spent the last few years holidaying in the USA and has also travelled in South America, South East Asia, Australia and throughout Europe.

Favourite destination?  It’s a struggle but New York must be near the top of the list, it just has that something special.  Cities are a real draw, however I do appreciate a good beach too, pebbly or sandy, so the islands of Croatia and the warm waters of Thailand are up there too.  Miami is fantastic, great city and great beach!  There’s also a really long list of places yet to visit which will surely make it on to the list.

Best holiday tip?  It may sound obvious but try to remember that you’re on holiday.  Forget the phone and email, chill, pretend you’re carefree, have a cocktail in the middle of the day and pretend there aren’t any rules, even if it’s only for a week or two.
