Las Vegas & surrounds

Las Vegas & surrounds

If you fancy a trip to the desert  with a little razzmatazz thrown in then it is a good time of year to head for Las Vegas and from there head out to all manner of places such as Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park in California, Death Valley or out toward the Colorado Plateau. The Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands and Arches National Parks are all great to visit in the spring.

Go independent…

British Airways offer direct flights from the UK to Las Vegas twice daily and are consistently one of our favourites. They offer the only direct flights from Heathrow & also offer some flights from Gatwick, however BA do offer good regional connections. BA also do a range of holidays to Vegas.

Virgin Atlantic also operate direct flights from the UK to Vegas, leaving from Gatwick. We love them for the great on board entertainment systems and family friendly approach.

If neither of these options appeal we like Skyscanner for a good listing of all the operators  running flights.

Book a package…

Sometimes you just don’t have the time or inclination to plan and book a trip independently, that’s when booking through a tour operator makes sense.

Hayes & Jarvis offer several trips to Vegas from 4 days upwards and also offer multicentre holidays so you can combine your trip with a beach or city break.  Consider combining with a trip to San Francisco.
